Villa Avianto presented the first French Market in October of 2008, With 8 exhibitors and 120 guests. Since then the market has evolved into a French get together with the most delicious food and music.
The French Market focuses on quality products made and developed by local artists. Come and enjoy a European feeling with good food, beautiful music and designer clothing in the heart of the beautiful Freestate.

The Cultural Food Market is a place where young and old can enjoy each other’s company around long tables with ambient live music in the background.

This jewel of a venue is ideal for intimate functions with a twist of French flair. Villa Avianto can host 15 guests conference style and 30 café style.
The lush trees and swimming pool is set on the tune of birdsong and the serenity of a trickling fountain. In total the inside and outside area can accommodate about 70 guests informally.
This venue is perfect for bridal showers, birthday parties, workshops, writing retreats and wedding canapés.
Slip into a world unlike our own in this château-like Chapel. Chandeliers hanging from wooden beams, three fireplaces and a chessboard dance floor set the stage for a personal and unique wedding.
The multimedia projector, bar and adjacent arbour makes this a favourite for year-end functions, formal dinners, conferences and strategic planning sessions.
The Chapel seats 100 guests cinema style, 80 guests restaurant or formal reception style and 40 guests classroom style with space for a dance floor and presentation area.
This courtyard will transport you into a dream like state of walking through the festive streets of a small town in France.
Walk down the aisle, lined with fruit trees and scented geranium as we transform our garden area into an open air chapel for your big wedding day.
The stage, market kitchen, marquee lighting and spacious setting makes this venue perfect for unique and unforgettable year end functions, high teas and book and music album launches.
Villa Avianto can accommodate more than 200 guests, depending on your specific function.
Every Saturday Villa Avianto host a Spice Walk starting from 09:00am in winter and 08:00 in summer. This walk is which Dog friendly.
There are various routes available to suite everyone. Join us this Saturday and bring your whole family.
Trail Runners and Hiking Clubs are welcome too. Enjoy a coffee and breakfast after your walk or run.
We are excited to announce that we are in the process of developing professional cooking classes that will be hosted and presented by our Villa Avianto chef.
